My name is Carolyn Lee Hinds
The Founder and CEO of CQI Executive Search
Carolyn Lee is the founder of CQI Executive Search, located in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Lee embarked on her executive recruitment career with MSI International, a multinational recruitment firm known as one of the big six in the industry. She joined their Dallas, Texas office, while the company's headquarters were situated in Atlanta, Georgia.
In her inaugural year, Ms. Lee achieved an Excellence Award, earning her the title of "Executive Recruiter of the Year." MSI acknowledged her exceptional recruitment contributions and her adeptness in building relationships with new clients.
In 1997, Ms. Lee established her own venture, Continuous Quality Improvement Executive Search. Her company specializes in healthcare executive leadership recruitment, catering to some of the largest health systems across the United States.
To this day, CQI maintains a "Pristine Reputation" within the healthcare recruitment industry.
The cornerstone of Ms. Lee's success lies in her approach of treating each search assignment as a unique project, ensuring complete satisfaction from both the client and candidate perspectives. Her ultimate goal is to achieve a successful outcome.
